Maiden Kasoa Zonal Atfal Rally

The Maiden Kasoa Zonal Atfal Rally was held on Sunday,10th March 2019 at the Kasoa Eid ground, behind Yoo Mart building. The rally saw participants from Kasoa West, Kasoa South, Kasoa North, and Lomnava. The theme for the rally was “Respect for elders the hallmark of a tifl”.

The program was attended by 165 Atfal, 65 Khuddam, 7 Ansarullah, 11 Lajna, and 7 Nasrat. The rally was graced by the presence of the Zonal Missionary, Maulvi Ishaque Mohammed Opoku, Kasoa South Missionary, Murrabi Adam Asamoah, Kasoa West Missionary, Murrabi Alhaj Ishmael Yeboah, Kasoa North Missionary Murrabi Nasir Koranteng, Zonal Qaid, Mr. Tahir Ahmed Abakah, and some Zonal Aamila members. The program was chaired by Maulvi Ishaque Mohammed Opoku.

The rally started with academic and sports competitions. Lomnava being a circuit of new converts shown a very spectacular performance both academics and sports.

The Zonal Missionary, Maulvi Ishaque Mohammed Opoku gave the closing remarks with a piece of advice on the need to respect elders, he added that every tifl should worship only God and nothing else and should be kind and respectful to parents and elders. He also addressed some shortcomings or mistakes made by some Atfal during academic competitions. he as well congratulated the Atfal for comporting themselves very well and also commended organizers for successfully organizing this maiden Atfal zonal rally.

Awards were presented to deserving winners during the competitions.

Mankessim Zone holds Maiden Atfal Rally

  Mankessim zone organized a successful Atfal rally, on the theme “An ideal Ahmadi; the role of a Tifl’ from Friday, March 29, to Sunday 31st March 2019.

The Rally started with academic and sporting competitions on Saturday, 30th March.

To foster the spirit of voluntarism in the Atfal, there was Waqr-e-Amal on Sunday morning.

The final sitting was chaired by Master Abdul Mateen Arthur of Essiam Circuit and Co-Chaired by Mr. Zakaria Muhammad Dawood, Naib Qaid, Mankessim Zone.

In His welcome address, Yahaya Mohammed Akansise, Nazim Atfal for zone encouraged all Atfal to be righteous in all their deeds and to participate actively in all Jamaat activities. He admonished the gathering to pay heed to both secular and religious education.

Mr. Jamil Rahman Nyame, Qaid Ilaqa, Mankessim Zone, who was the guest of Honour in his speech on the theme for the rally urged all Atfal to take Salaat and academics seriously, be truthful and obedient to authorities.

In attendance were 258 Atfal, Mr. Jamil Rahman Nyame, Qaid Ilaqa, Mankessim Zone, Murabbi Alhassan Arthur, Essiam Circuit Missionary, Murabbi Asahi Nasiru, Denkyira Circuit Missionary, Murabbi Essuman Abdul Ghaffar, Circuit Missionary & Nazim Tabligh, and some Zonal Aamila members.

Alhamdulillah, everything ended successfully with Zuhr and Asr prayers on Sunday.

 

Fifth Atfal Day Celebration at Accra Zone

The maiden Accra zone Atfal Day took place on Sunday 28th of July 2019 at Abdul Rahman Masjid (Accra Zonal Headquarters) at 10 am.

The Atfal Day comprised of two activities; Academic competition and Ameen program. The activities were graced by Maulvi Saeed Naimatullah (Accra Zonal Missionary). A welcome speech was delivered by, Mr. Yakubu Ishaque Nazim Atfal Accra Zone. His speech touched on the Tifl making the best out of such programs to study hard in order to acquire more knowledge which will help them understand the religion better in order to please Allah.

 

Mr. Ahmed Mensah advised the Tifl time and time again to learn more about the Jama’at and also encourage the Circuit Nazimeens to continue with their good works in other to help the children acquire Islamic knowledge.

The program began with academic competitions with the children exhibiting their knowledge in Quiz, Salat Performance, Quran Reading, Quran Memorization, etc. by both Mayar Saghir and Mayar Kabir.

After the academic competition, Zuhr and Asr prayers were said and we continued with the Atfal Day. Mr Yakubu Sahib gave short advice on the importance of learning the Quran. Awards were given to nine Atfal who had completed Yassarnal Quran to serve as motivation and encouragement to them and the others who are also yet to complete the Yassarnal Quran. The master award was given to Master Mugeet Junour Mubarak for completing the Holy Quran. Mugee Mubarak started and completed the Quran in the month of Ramadan.

One hundred and twenty-eight Atfal attended the program. Aamla members who were present at the program are; Mr Ahmed Mensah (Naib Qaid Ilaqa Accra Zone), the three Zonal Atfal Nazims who are; Mr Yakubu Ishaque, Mr Sadiq Moro and Mr Farouk Obeng, all Circuit Nazimeens and some Zonal Aamila members.

Alhamdulillah, Atfal Day was a success.
